Events on the quadrangle, anniversary plaza, or union south patio will be regulated by the Director of the Office of Registered Organizations in conjunction with the Office of Facility Management and Scheduling to prevent interference with classes.
The Quadrangle is available Monday through Friday from Noon to 1:00 p.m. for organizations sponsoring activities involving amplification. Before such events are scheduled, event and space approval is required (if sponsored by a registered organization) from the Office of Registered Organizations. Requests by other than registered organizations should be directed to the Office of Facility Management and Scheduling for consideration.
Sound volume must be maintained at a reasonable level. Amplified music will not normally be authorized for weekday, daytime hours when classes are in session, but may be permitted after 5:00 p.m. or on weekends.
