All campus units must immediately refer requests made under FOIA to the Public Records Officer, Office for University Relations, by providing the request electronically via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The executive director of the Office for University Relations serves as the Public Records Officer for the Urbana campus, as well as for the Chicago and Springfield campuses and for University Administration.
